About the game
An ancient planet. Remarkably preserved ruins. An expedition looking for answers.
The Worlds of Origin is an episodic science-fiction point-and-click adventure. In Dig Site 6, the free Part 1 demo of Episode 1, join Mira and Edric on an archaeological expedition on Etera II. Explore mysterious chambers, talk with your companions and solve environmental and inventory puzzles as the team gathers evidence about the civilization’s age.
The opening puzzles are deliberately approachable, so newcomers can enjoy the story and exploration too. More challenging puzzles are planned for Part 2.
Play directly in a desktop browser with mouse controls: no download or account is required. An optional verified account supports manual saves. The demo is available in English only. The complete first episode, Forbidden Knowledge, is still in development, with its release date to be determined.
The game combines 3D production with AI-assisted development, visuals and generated dialogue voices. Feedback on the atmosphere, story, controls and puzzle clarity is welcome.
